Nexpo was featured on BBC News when, as a producer of kosher-certified coconut milk powder, it exhibited at Kosherfest 2019, the largest kosher food trade fair in the world, held at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey.
Unlike many coconut milk powders on the market, Nexpo's organic, vegan and conventional spray-dried coconut milk powder is made without sodium caseinate, a milk-derived stabiliser.
